Terms and Conditions

Check In Policy (admission to the hotel) and Check Out (departure from the hotel)
Your reservation starts at 2:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m.) on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 a.m. (11:00 a.m.) on the day of departure.

Cancellation and Modification Policy
You may cancel or modify your reservation (s) without penalty, if you do so before 2:00 p.m. (2:00 p.m.) on the day before your arrival date, if you do not use your reservation and do not having canceled or modified within the established time, a penalty will be charged for the value of the first night of accommodation plus taxes and additional services reserved. Not applicable for non-refundable rates.

Child Registration Policy
If you are traveling with your child (ren) under the age of 18, you must present the identification document of the minor (civil registration of birth), proving the existence of kinship . If the minor (s) do not travel in the company of their parents, you must deliver at the reception, in addition to the child's identification document (civil birth record), the parents' permission, the which must be authenticated by a Notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Without this documentation, minors are not allowed to enter the hotel. The foregoing in development to the provisions of Law 679 of 2001 Statute to prevent the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its concordant norms.

Early Check In Policy
a. Subject to availability
b. Entry before 6:00 a.m. the entire night is charged, granting breakfast if the following days rate has it included.
c. Income between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. half price is charged during your stay, giving breakfast in the event that the rate of the following days has it included.
d. After 9:00 a.m. admission to the room is granted as an attention by the Hotel, without breakfast.

Early Departure Policy
a. Inform your early departure prior to the new departure date, so that the hotel can dispose of the room for sale.
b. In case of not obtaining information, it will be subject to the charge of the night (s) to the guest.
c. Make payment of 100% of the nights not used for group reservations. It does not apply for individual reservations, except during High Season periods.

Late Check Out Policy
a. Subject to availability.
b. Late check out until 3 pm (3:00 p.m.) without charge.
c. Late check out between 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) and 7:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m.) will be charged half the rate purchased during the guest's stay.
d. Late check out after 7:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m.) will be charged the full rate purchased during the guest's stay.

Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud Policy
Do not allow dishonest behaviors or practices that would threaten business integrity, for example, offer or accept gifts, invitations or other incentives that may reward or influence you to take or refrain from taking any commercial or legal action, or when intentionally hidden, alter, falsify or omit information for their own benefit or for the benefit of others, or the incursion of possible conflicts of interest that could put personal priorities before the collective ones; promoting a culture of ethics, transparency and rectitude in the development of activities.

Asset Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention Policy

For the purposes of the above, the client expressly authorizes the Hotel Boutique, to consult the listings, information systems and databases to which there is place and to find a report, the Hotel Boutique will proceed to advance the contractual and / or legal actions that correspond. The client is obliged to carry out all necessary activities or procedures, aimed at ensuring that its partners, administrators, contractors, customers, suppliers, employees, etc., and / or their resources, are not related or come from illegal activities , particularly, of those previously stated. These behaviors will result in the legitimate termination of the lodging contract by the hotel operator.

Anti-tobacco Law Policy
In accordance with the provisions established in Law 1335 of 2009 our Hotel Boutique has spaces and environments free of tobacco smoke. Consequently, the guest accepts as an obligation, to refrain from smoking in spaces, areas and environments that are marked as smoke-free spaces, as well as in enclosed spaces, such as rooms, corridors, restaurants, lounges and others. In the event that the guest fails to comply with this obligation, he agrees to pay a penalty equivalent to $ 100,000 COP, for breach of his obligations.

Statement of Origin and Destination of Funds
I declare that the economic and/or physical resources do not come from and will not be destined to illegal activities of those contemplated in the Colombian Penal Code or in any norm that modifies or adds it.

Authorization Processing of Personal Data
I authorize Hotel Boutique CASA CARIBE COLONIAL to process your personal data, which have been delivered through the various marketing channels such as website and reservations, among others. Retraction Policy
When you book our services through www.casacaribecolonial.com or in reservations, you may exercise the right of withdrawal within two days next business from purchase confirmation. The withdrawal will not proceed for reservations whose entry date is before two days. To retract, send an email to casacaribecolonial@gmail.com if you made your purchase through the website, or contact the Booking Center if made your purchase through that channel. The refund of the money will be made without deductions of any kind, by bank deposit in the name of the holder of the reservation or by reversion to the credit card used for the purchase, according to the payment method used, within 30 calendar days following the exercise of the withdrawal.

Reversion Policy
When you book our services through www.casacaribecolonial.com or in Reservations and you have used a credit or debit card as payment method or Any other electronic payment instrument, and the means of payment used is issued by a financial institution domiciled in Colombia, may request the reversal in case of fraud, unsolicited operation or product acquired not received.
